  What do you get from Weddings and Dreams?
  
• 1st Meeting to go through what you have already booked
  
• 2nd Meeting at the Church and Reception venues to pass on to your Wedding Coordinator how you have pictured the flow of your Wedding
  
• We then do a time line of the flow of events which we will get your approval for.
  
• The same time schedule is then shared by us with all relevant vendors as already booked by you.
  
• A day prior to the Wedding Day, our team makes reminder calls to all vendors
  
• The Morning of your Wedding Day - We make reminder call again to ensure timely reporting of respective vendors.
  
• During the Nuptials you wedding coordinator will ensure that all goes smoothly, flowers done on time, choir all set up well in advance, lights and fans all switched on, altar candles lit
  
• During the Reception - We ensure that your Band and MC are in sync about the flow as per how you have planned it.
  
• Ensure that the decorators have done all the work and much before the first guest comes in
  
• Work with the caterers that the snacks are flowing smoothly and that dinner is served hot and on time.
  
• Much more and any other specific requests that you may have
  
  Our Work is a total of approximately 12 hours before and on the Wedding Day.
